Moni Miyashita
MANAGING PARTNER
Moni Miyashita is a trusted advisor to CEOs, known for helping leaders navigate the decisions that most directly shape enterprise value and long-term legacy. With over 25 years of experience at the intersection of strategy, M&A, and transformation, Moni partners closely with CEOs at moments of real inflection, when judgment, clarity, and confidence matter as much as analysis.
As a founding partner of Beacon Hill Strategy Group, Moni works directly with a select number of CEOs on high-impact decisions spanning new growth, capital allocation, portfolio direction, AI-enabled transformation, and M&A. Her work is grounded in pattern recognition from lived experience, built through accountability for outcomes across multiple business cycles and operating environments.
Previously, Moni served as Vice President of Corporate Development at IBM, where she was a key architect of the company’s transformation through M&A. She led strategy through integration on more than 100 transactions, contributing to a threefold increase in earnings per share and a doubling of IBM’s market capitalization during a period of significant portfolio repositioning. She also managed the IBM Venture Capital Fund, supporting strategic investments and innovation at scale.
Building on her leadership experience inside a global enterprise, Moni went on to work directly with CEOs through McKinsey and Innosight, advising on growth, disruption, and complex M&A across technology, healthcare, life sciences, and industrials. She helped shape and expand their work in M&A, fast-growing technology, and life sciences, partnering with companies navigating scale, transformation, and portfolio change across global platforms, technology leaders, healthcare systems, pharmaceutical companies, and biotech innovators.
Moni later joined Valo Health as Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer, helping build and scale an AI-native drug discovery company from inception through execution. She led strategy, business model innovation, corporate development, and fundraising, supporting the company’s growth with more than $520 million in capital raised.
Across roles, Moni is sought out for her ability to cut through complexity, frame the real trade-offs, and help CEOs make confident decisions when the stakes are highest.
Winston Larson

Winston Larson partners with CEOs and senior leaders to make complex strategic decisions and then translate those into clear, executable plans that drive enterprise value. As a founding partner of Beacon Hill Strategy Group, Winston focuses on turning high-stakes choices around growth, capital allocation, AI, and M&A into coherent strategies, operating models, and roadmaps that teams can execute against.
Prior to Beacon Hill, Winston led corporate strategy and development at Valo Health, where he played a central role in shaping and communicating company strategy across therapeutic programs, partnerships, and platforms. He managed annual planning and capital allocation, supported more than $500 million in fundraising across multiple financing structures, and led strategy for Valo’s AI-enabled R&D platform. His work spanned technology acquisitions and integrations, therapeutic in-licensing, and enterprise-wide alignment across scientific, engineering, and executive teams.
Earlier, Winston managed strategy, partnerships, and operations at Mass General Brigham’s Data Science Office, where he helped develop a portfolio of AI and software initiatives and managed key alliances with industry partners. He began his career at Innosight, advising Fortune 500 companies on disruptive innovation, venture creation, and R&D strategy.
Winston is known for his ability to bridge strategy, technology, and execution, especially in highly technical disciplines, helping leadership teams move from complex decisions to focused action in environments where clarity and follow-through matter most.
